new way to record memebr's service hours w/ e-mail:
e-mail address: aez_servicehr@yahoo.com
w/ following format: (Example)
Name:
(FirstName) (Last Name)
"Date:" "Project Name:" "Hours"
"Aug 21 04" "Project 200" (5)
"Aug 27 04" "Heart House After School Tutoring" (3)
"Aug 28 04" "ATC 16 Annual Rundup for autism" (2)
For personal project, discription of project is needed.
All hours done over summer count as personal hrs, will not be inculded in chapter semester total hours (goal) and personal semester hours / requirement.
I will send mail to listserv in the end of every week (hopefuly) check if the numbers are correct, if there are any mistake, let me know after the meeting.
